While I would use this as a marketing ploy, the sulphur to calorie ratio of Aussie coal to Indo coal is about the same. Korea would not be so dumb as to not take that into account.
HOWEVER, BBM thermal and PCI ratio are far better than Aussie coal.
PCI will not be covered by that regulation. Or coking coal.
