My expertise in Indo was getting involved with the locals and getting maximum effort from people that are not naturally motivated to high achievement. These people can do the work and achieve with correct mentoring and direction. Actually perform better than Aussies and can afford to have 5 to 10 of them compared to an expat.
They tell me everything. Sad when people like yourself can spend years or many years there and not know when they are being treated as the naïve white guy.
Anyway, that is just culture.
Good thing is that you recognise that this is a good deal.
1) PCI and Coking appear to be different projects so we should draw profits from PCI prior to 30% of BBM ceding to Domain.
2) Domain do not get 30% of BBM until 2Mt/a achieved.
3) Joint teams are working together.
