Von, I went back through all notices back to 2011 to see if I could identify 40% holders of BBM. No luck. However, what I noted that Cokal extracted a premium for every placement when they were in a promising position. Only when they had backs to wall did they discount placements. Cokal has never been more promising than right now.
They are not looking for coal they are starting construction for a fully permitted mine wit a wonderful oal price.
This is why I believe that any placement will be equal to or greater than 4 cents.
