I think the SP is holding back due to various conditions in royalty agreement and debt restructure. First condition is due on 29th May (10 days away)- Lenders diligence
See if Martino and company can pull this off before 29th May, if this drags on then again who knows where the SP will be !!
In a hindsight that guy who sold Millions of shares at 3.5 plus cents looks very smarthe must be laughing and waiting to get back again , rinse and repeat eh ???
