Difficult dealing with Chinese When you have a deal that they agree with you think it is done. but they think if you agree with that then maybe you wlll go lower.
I was COO of Chinese Company in Indonesia. They offered US 25,000/ month. I agreed. I was on salary based in Brisbane. Happy to move to Jakarta
A week later they come back with counter offer of US15,000/month. I tried Aussie logic with them but they could not understand.
