    My view is for 150% plus rise due to:
    Cash in the bank.
    BBM PCI funded by offtake agreement.
    BBM Coking funded by Domain to 2 Mt/year production rate.
    CEO in place to coordinate team including Domain.
    Removal of doubt that deals are not forthcoming.
    I was impressed by share price support Friday in the face of a determined seller.

    And KingEmperor now claims to have 2.7 million shares. Surely he will build to a decent holding as he has trumpeted his bravado loud and clear. Go Penguin.
