But there should be no worries as the deal size is less than $300, mining is not considered "sensitive areas" by chinese gov unlike media/telecommunication etc, and both Aus and Indo are very acceptable recipients of funds in their gov's eyes.

Thru Oceam Capital I guess DM understands all these processes and going into Domain deal with all this knowledge already, espescially since he was having issues with his other co ORH last year..the outbound investment approval process is also much simpler nowadays (since Feb 2018) so no troubles expected.
