Yeah i think there is definitely more to it. If they have apparently done there DD for the last 12 months there should be no reason whatsoever why the money has not been transferred. If it is a simple banking issue or governance issue there should be no reason why Cokal could not disclose this to the public. The fact that neither have been done shows there is more going on behind the scenes that we are not been told.
