i agree with you too hope...dilution is still a possibility...but it should be not as dramastic as with bbi.
i guess we need to look at the long term..if bbp can survive for the next few years with good financial support, then sp price should be trading at normal range eg 60c to $1 plus. utilities are classified as defensive stocks and can be a long term hold if that is the case for bbp (after recap/loan issjues sort out).
