Well consent not achieved prior to the 4th of Nov so documents cant be sent in time for the agm. I think we were half expecting that.

But.... the arbitration results should be released late next tuesday. At least we now know the date we can expect to know part of whats going on.

Should next tuesdays results be in that acceptable range then that should get the big loan sorted out, then we just need the BBIPL lender consent which has the in principle but non binding agreement in place.
