    Yes, one would expect there costs be passed on to consumers. That is how retailers work anyway. I would think the arbitration decision would be competitive price asked by NWS, they can't ask something out of way. Alinta shouldn't have problem passing these to consumers.

    Let's home BBP management is doing best to convince lenders.
