Looks like they've acquired voting rights to the holdings without having paid for them fully just yet. It would be interesting to know what the attractive terms are, and if this falls through, how much it'll end up costing BBT holders. SIG and Nomura involved..?

It'll be interesting to see if MIXI revise their offer, another 5% and it'll end BBT you'd suspect.
