How about reading the ANN and getting some perspective.
These are preliminary results from 2 of the 3 or more options. They have finalised the initial pilot plant process since this ANN and the numbers will be released in a met report due soon. Lots of room for improvement.
You just happened to cherry pick the lowest grade very preliminary results from one of the process options and compare it to the established CHN scoping study numbers. Which part of "will continue to evaluate and fine tune several alternative methods" didn't you understand? When we have scoping study numbers then you can compare apple and apples.
I could choose the higher grade numbers from the other process they released early numbers on, which are much higher:
