I had a look at them all, there is one who's BIO mentions they have experience in the "process area", I don't think that he is the one...
So there is no report, reported, it is says "... the final report .... has been reviewed and signed off...." it doesn't say whom wrote the report, or what that report claimed. There is no mention of whom the expert in GE21 is and what are their credentials, the basis of JORC Competency.
