"Following careful consideration, the BC Iron Board is unanimously recommending shareholders vote in favour of the Scheme in the absence of a superior proposal"

So they are still open for a superior proposal. This enthusiasm for the Regent proposal may be fake and a nice "come up with a better offer quickly" poker move from MY. We will have to wait and see. There has to be more to this story and the next few weeks should be far more interesting.
