    It's only my gut feeling.

    Those shares in question were bought by Citicorp on behalf of someone. Then transfered to UBS AG. But the REAL nominee is Citicorp. Regent always uses Citicorp when buying just like they did with BMN. Secondly when those shares were bought the accumulator bought and sold shares. The ONLY accumulator that buys and sells on the way regarding BCI has been Regent. Accumulators usually just accumulate. Palmary's trick is to place shares into different companies as to not go over the 5% threshold. But Palmary for example has never sold BCI stock. BCI's updates so that Regent does infact hold shares under a Institution. I'll give you a couple of links that may help. But I wish you luck. The ASX and ASIC are toothless tigers. They receive over 200 serious complaints a year. And I don't think they have acted on one of them.
