Black Cat seem much more bullish on this lease than ESS ever were. They are probably better equipped for successful exploration of the area than ESS ever were. In any event, ESS are fully occupied at Pioneer Dome in exploration for lithium and development of their discoveries there. They have neither the capital nor the people to do justice to Balagundi. We are better off with 25% of something than with 100% of an asset lying idle for years.
