With their new found 8 and something million shares. What percentage of BC8 do they now hold?
was this SLRs way of getting a significant holding with out driving the share price up? Such a tightly held register would be hard to acquire a large holding for a future take over with out moving the price.
the number of shares 8,417,962 to be exact seems odd to me. Its a value or just below a threshold. 5% 10% 20%Different requirements are triggered at each point.
