I hold some shares in BCA and am inclined to accumulate, but want more information. Does anyone know the details of the excised area at Balfour controlled by ConsMin? Is it a separate tenenment leased by ConsMin, still somehow held by Panther or now held by BCA but sub-leased to ConsMin? Also why would ConsMin (already one of the world's biggest Mn miners) let the Panther holdings slip into our hands rather than grab them themselves?
