    Lefevre is certainly the one who knows the correct answer but from my understanding they need FDA approval for reimbursement but should be able to sell it without it. An IND is needed for novel technologies, not sure if this one qualifies as an improvement or a brand new tech that needs all the stages from pre-clinical to ph 2/3.
