Bit of a disappointing day. Down on large volume - for BCC at least.
While the profit upgrade was nice, the elephant in the room is the weak Zoleo subscriber growth. I mean only 2% in the Christmas quarter!! It’s hard to see them hitting the 15k by the end of June. By hard, I mean impossible.
Still looks cheap but my biggest concern is the weak Zoleo numbers. If millions of Australians are cutting down their TV subscriptions, what hope does Zoleo have? This was supposed to be high growth and it wouldn’t surprise me if subscribers went backwards. Nothing seems to shock me these days.
Not selling at these levels but my confidence has been shaken a bit and the share price seems to agree.
