yes that part is very disappointing. They had ‘multiple trials’ underway when they hired him. None have converted to sales.
I suspect the trials are less formal than I had thought and consist of them giving a free Zoleo to someone at CFA saying ‘here mate try this’ as opposed to CFA coming and saying ‘we’re thinking of equipping our whole workforce with Zoleos can we try a group of 100 people first to check it works for us
