I don’t see the JV being a huge cash sink hole. They had Europe setup costs, which were mainly last year. These could continue but everything is halved and somewhat immaterial.
The only ‘black swan’ on cash is M&A but that’s too hard to predict.
I think the cash build up over the next 6 months will surprise on the upside and I just can’t see the SP staying at these very low levels.
