    I still do not entirely understand the point of the JV if we are forecasting a 350k annualised profit for the FY24 from it. That is so inconceivably small for a company, yes it is not running in negative anymore...great, but when will BCC see material ROI? Also the staffing increase costs of 2M+ over previous FY is significant as well, and if it was managed could have pushed JV into positive cashflow as well.
