That's it, I'm out today completely. I'm not prepared to gamble on a positive outcome from the court case, it looks to me that it could be good or bad news, so 50/50. This company is not functioning as a listed company on ASX, it brings no benefit to shareholders and should be run as a private company or get bought out. Always, the cash flow is just enough to pay the very generous salaries of the senior management, and no more. Any profits seem always to disappear back into the company, there's always something on the balance sheet. It's absolutely a classic lifestyle company for BCC management, so this is a company to be avoided at all costs. Good luck to all remaining holders. I hope the SP gets a bump when the court case gets settled, allowing a few loyal punters to exit with fewer losses. That's about all there is to hope for with this one.
