    The problem here is - if our BOD are lawyers themselves, you would think that with the inner knowledge and experience within their own expertise that they would favourably represent the shareholders' interests? Nope.

    This is honestly laughable, this BOD at any possible opportunity of value creation has squandered it, you couldn't make this up.
