    can’t pay up if you don’t have the funds. What happens if they agree a value of $40m and beam to take ownership.

    if they can’t raise the funds they are in default of the arbitrage judgement? Does that mean ownership reverts to roadpost without the cost, or that beam is technically bankrupt?
