Spot on! That added discount was made on the assumption of mutual benefit in the aftersales recurring revenue, however, that didn't at all benefit BCC. If BCC now has to buy out the JV at a premium after that have missed out on years of margins it is a bit backwards. Lets see what the BOD is preparing for us, I will not be surprised if the shareholders end up paying for another sub-par deal.
