While any dispute necessarily brings an element of uncertainty, Beam believes that following the conclusion of the formal process, one of two possible outcomes is likely: 1. Beam will become the 100% owner of Zoleo Inc; or2. Beam will divest and crystallise its 50% share of the JV to Roadpost.

A ruling by the arbitrator is expected approximately 6 weeks after the final oral submissions. Following the decision of the Arbitrator over the proceedings, this is may allow an opportunity for the ownership of ZOLEO to be decided.
So a bit less decisive.
