A ruling by the arbitrator is expected approximately 6 weeks after the final oral submissions. Following the decision of the Arbitrator over the proceedings, this is may allow an opportunity for the ownership of ZOLEO to be decided.
So a bit less decisive.

Yeah I have also picked up the tone change from decisive to muted. Besides they should have already delivered all the engagement steps (written and oral) of the arbitration by now, so hopefully the wording change is not due to the muted results that they are expecting from the arbitration panel.
