Who on earth on the open market is going to pay MC more than he is getting at BCC ? The guy has been in charge whilst the company has been driven onto the financial rocks. His reputation as a CEO is in the toilet. His pay packet has been too large by far, based on his poor performance. The whole company has a bad smell about it. Either shut it down, or get rid of the board and cut MC wage in half whilst reemploying the CTO (a must).
