The main thing is to get your vote in. Stewart and Hung are around 19% holding combined and recommend voting AGAINST all items except for the auditor appointment. They are long term holders, previous Beam Directors and successful tech related businessmen. They know the business well. I will follow their advice on all except one item. They intend to become Directors again. Wallace and Peter K current Directors want you to vote FOR all items. ( ie for them) Wallace has been there for yonks and was 100% supporting the decisions getting us into this mess. For that reason, I won’t follow his recommendations, Peter on the other hand is newish and not tarred with. that brush and in his favour he is hot on pulling Michael C into a realistic contract. For that reason I voted for his reelection. i believe Stewart and Hung represent our best chance to settle well with Roadpost as the others have created an acrimonious relationship hardly favourable to getting a win-win outcome. They also appreciate the tech skills needed by the business to have a growing future..
