There are legal case notes available from the hearing from Canadian Lawyer Magazine, but they are behind a paywall...I tried joining the 'Canadian Lawyer Magazine' but it stated that their allocation of memberships is full (what a Canadian thing to say, love it) and that I would be placed on the waiting list to join.

Those notes are from the latest hearing that took place 6th of May few weeks ago.

Would be interesting to see what the results are obviously, my guess is that if RP had the upper hand in negotiation of the JV that they will maintain that upperhand throughout the arbitration. If you know anyone who may have login details please let us know what case summary is hiding behind the paywall.
