Participating in two separate legal proceedings, simultaneously, must be hard. It also makes running a public listed company pretty difficult. BOD is silent...

Provided we have had some large sell orders come through over the last 4-5 trading sessions, doesn't give me overwhelming confidence that the proceedings are falling in BCC's favor.
