The off-market will probably be determined by the VWAP, so they will most likely be doing the deal asap, assuming they are going to pursue these extras. There is not much that retailers can do about this other than hold tight, as any loose hands will keep the price down during the process, and of course, it only takes a few shares to move the price, especially downwards.

As for their on-market buying, they will be advised on how to play it, and the smart play would be to hold out for a while and force the loose hands into impatient selling. On the otherhand, they may not care for a few cents here or there and simply buy up asap and get what cheapies they can while they can. This of course will be the same as placing a bloody big rocket under the price. Excuse the metaphor .

Anyway, considering the progress of everything that is happening, including the liklihood of good drill results and much more drilling to come this year with the other tennements, the likelihood of new investors, the ICO spin-off, and the news that will come from BCC's production plans, I think we can safely say that we are going only one way from now on.

Well done MTC and all MTC holders.

I hope this has given management a fair lesson for the future investors that will want a piece of MTC which I'm sure is going to happen.

Next placement will be $0.40-0.50 at least. And I suspect it won't take 6 months to finalize.

Looks like after all management have timed this all very well, very exciting couple of weeks ahead to give us some very good momentum to get this MC where it deserves to be.
