    I Doubt any share holder will be told anything until it all lost MKS are the new owner operator
    the CEO of BCD is also the same person who foreclosed on BCD am i wrong or am i correct now he has done a deal with MAR without the share holders ....it may have been prudent if all shareholders bought out the debt to complete the lorena project then got rid of the CEO of BCD. from what i can see all share holders have been left high and f@cking dry.
