The guy who started BCI in his mates CAZ office.

The guy who found the IO deposit Bungaroo on Google Earth, and then gave that find to BCI rather than keeping it for himself.

The guy who helped with drilling the first holes.

The guy who slept under the stars at Nullagine in the first years.

The guy who got BCI a MoU with FMG.

The guy who converted that MoU into an agreement for rail and port.

The guy who has a knack of working concurrently, rather than consecutively, meaning BCI went from drilling that first hole to production in less than 4 years. (No other Pilbara miner has done that!)

The guy who has a knack of sorting out any problem effortlessly.

The guy who on the most part got the JV an extra 25% for a mere $120M with FMG, mainly because of his close relationship with FMG.

The guy who has solved our liquidity problem ...

... is stepping down as the mine's operator.

And seems that news has barely created a murmur here.

Mike I know you read HC. Thank you very much for all of you're hard work. You've put your 'all' into this company. And for that I thank you. Best of luck with your next move. Hopefully you'll have a bigger slice of your next company's pie. Because it must have seemed that on the most part, at BCI you were working day and night just to make others rich. It's a shame that there maybe follow up posts over the next couple of days linking you with the failed Regent bid. These experts (sic) don't realise you were bound by LAW to take that bid to shareholders.
