The Mardie Salt project will require around $250 million capex and this is the major issue for BCI, rather than the salt price at this stage.
Hard to see BCI getting this deep into debt with such a low market cap. If they bring on a partner to bankroll the project it has an impact in the EBITDA for BCI so I'm unsure how this would all play out.
