It's not really Pond 1 filling that is the big issue here. Without approval they can't complete construction on the new footprint. Still sitting at Awaiting Information, and so the final assessment hasn't commenced. This cannot be a federal department issue, this is they're waiting on something from the Company - ridiculous they are not addressing this or responding to enquiries regarding it.
