What is the truth about sign off re filling pond one. You cannot deliver if you have not produced the product in time.
Any appeal issues appear to have been satisfied.

Surely it cannot be the Federal Govt being behind the non approval when yesterday in Parliament question time they state they are throwing resources at approving everything on their plate incl resource projects so we can get the country moving.
BCI appears to be doing everything in their power to get critical steps across the line with several major milestones in last 2 months.

BCI if you are reading this .......... can you come out with exactly why the "final" approval to start filling ponds is being held up.
If it stops with you, what have you not delivered or are not ready for ???
The truth for long standing shareholders (not just the 3 big players) maintaining faith with management should now be top of the strategy list.
