It tells us what we need to know, but not exactly shouting it from the rooftops, and the inertia in the share price reflects the low key tenor. This is about the best news we could get at this stage but I hope the lack of detail does not impact the share price...... lack of detail and flesh on the bones very un- PV like.....seems BCL already calling the shots PR wise.
