I wonder, why would BCP have bought NDO just for Galoc. Wouldn't they also be thinking of stage 2 which is development of West Linepachan. With both fields operating, I can see the offer vs revenue viability and I can start to make sense of their offer.
Someone mentioned that BCP can delist the company with only 75% of shares. Is this true or do they need 90%?
I wonder, why would BCP have bought NDO just for Galoc. Wouldn't...
