People will interpret this announcement differently but basically the likes of MM and MQG are guaranteed their 5.5 cents without risk and BCP won't be upping their bid as they will take whatever percentage they can, be it 50.1% or 90%. You can risk holding and they may continue to buy on market after the 19th of Sept or once they have a serious percentage call a trading halt , request an EGM and vote to take the company private and delist. They've played the game from the start. Look for the change in sub holding from MM and MQG.
