The announcement is nothing more than trying to sugar coat and entice people to sell into the offer. After a month they only have 29% including the original 19.6% from Petroleum Investment. Still a long way to go to reach 50.1%!!
Dangling a carrot of seven days payment means nothing...sheeesh, whether seven days, fourteen days, thirty days - who cares, I've been waiting years to see some money from these shares. I would prefer another 1.5c per share and wait a little longer!!
