so many issues with disclosure in my opinion.
* Co-founder and 1/4 shareholder fired and not disclosed
* Remedi MoU terminated and not disclosed
* BirdDog being sued by Bolin China and the amount not disclosed
how can we make informed decisions about our finances when they don't disclose the above IMPORTANT information?????
