Any discussion on the law suits is speculation at this point. There isn't enough public domain information and BDT can't discuss it as it's an ongoing matter. They need to be better at communication but there is a limit to what can be released. Personally I'm going to contact the investor relations group and ask for changes to the comms strategy which will probably go nowhere but it's something I can do.
