good luck with asking for changes to Comms strategy and irs good idea and I might do the same but ultimately this a board level problem.
it's not up to the investors relations to tell us what the exposure to the lawsuit is for example and if it's $8m usd like I think it is based on what I found in the USA lawsuit then on what planet is that not disclosable?
at todays exchange rate that is north of $12m AUD which is more than half their cash. if they keep burning cash at the rate they are, and they lose, then the company is done and dusted by the time the lawsuit is settled
how is that not disclosable??????
