Companies who are cashflow negative and trade at or below NAV like BDT feels like the market is saying:
" You will never get the markets support (access to capital - which the capital market is for). You run out of money, you may as well delist".
I see the play here, but avoid it because (ironically for a speculative share portfolio guy) this just feels "to risky".
