I do agree with you - the market has said 'you are only worth your cash (or thereabouts) and we value your camera business at $0'

They need to merge or be taken out - no one is giving this management team more money - but this highlights what I see as a real problem with the company.

The CEO, Dan Miall, seems to be hanging on for dear life. He's turned $50m into $11m and today's presentation was a total joke.

'Ah' don't worry about it, the past is the past. We are poised for growth now'...the same old crap they pull out at every single presentation...there is no growth, and no articulated plan for growth.

While Mr Miall controls whatever it is - 30%?? - he has no accountability and can do whatever he pleases - can anyone say 'lifestyle company'??

It is my strong opinion that this one is going to zero with the current CEO in place. He can pretty well stop any mergers or acquisitions with his voting block...and if you were him why would you merge?

Might have to be accountable then...

If you haven't already I reckon it's time to SELL SELL SELL, get out and take whatever you can...this goose is cooked.
