4 years at current profit margin levels - there's cost savings and market share gains to be had over those 4 years.
A bonus it's Adelaide based so logistically incorporating it with current systems will be smoother than if it were an eastern states business.
I'd prefer these kinds of value-add acquisitions than dividend payouts.
